We require at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellation or reschedule. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will be charged 50% of the booked service. No-shows are charged in full and may result in a future deposit requirement. A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm every booking and is applied to your final balance.
Jazglow collects the minimum information needed to provide your service — name, contact details, and booking preferences. We never sell or share your information with third parties. Photos taken in-studio are only published with your explicit consent. You can request deletion of your records at any time by emailing hello@jazglow.com.
All services are subject to availability and final pricing is confirmed in-studio. Prices listed are starting points and may increase with length, art complexity, or additional services. Jazglow reserves the right to refuse service for any safety, sanitation, or comfort reason. By booking, you agree to our cancellation and privacy policies above.
